Qassim Cement Company Announces the Listing of the Consideration Shares and the Completion of the Procedures of the Acquisition of Hail Cement Company

| Announcement Detail | With reference to the announcement of Qassim Cement Company (“QCC” or the “Company”) on the Saudi Exchange’s website on 05-12-1445H (corresponding to 11-06-2024G) regarding the results of the extraordinary general assembly 51 meeting which included the increase of the Company’s capital to acquire all of the shares of Hail Cement Company (“HCC”) (the “Transaction”) and the Transaction’s completion, QCC is pleased to announce the finalization of other complementary steps of the deposit of the Consideration Shares to HCC’s entitled shareholders and the listing of the Consideration Shares today Thursday 07-12-1445H (corresponding to 12-06-2024G). QCC will announce, at a later time, the deposit of the proceeds of the fraction shares resulting from the Transaction to HCC’s entitled shareholders, as set out in the Offer Document and Shareholders’ Circular.
