A fractional share is a partial share of equity resulting from corporate actions. It holds value to shareholders, but cannot be sold like a regular share. 

Edaa provides a service that facilitates the process of pooling the fractions into a certain center account where they can be sold in the market. Cash proceeds are then deposited into the issuer’s account and distributed to shareholders.  

Cash proceeds will then be deposited into the issuer’s account where they will be distributed to shareholders in a timely manner.
