Al- Babtain Power and Telecommunication Company announce the date and method of distributing cash dividends to shareholders for the financial year ended 31-12-2023

Where the eligibility for shareholders who own shares is date of the entitlement which is on Thursday 30/05/2024 and are registered in the issuer's shareholders register at the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date. The disbursement process will take place through the Arab National Bank so that it will be deposited directly into the shareholders' accounts linked to the investment portfolios with all local banks. We hope that the honorable shareholders will ensure that their account data is updated by calling the Arab National Bank at 920000478 during the official working hours from 8:30 pm Morning to 5:30 pm.
